Ameer Fakhoury & Mohammad Khalailehfocusing on the legal domains in which the relationship between the citizen or the distinct groups are implemented
The first part of this paper provides an explanatory framework for the issue of international activism, raises the main questions at its core, and attempts to answer them. In the second part, we dismantle the institutional structure and logic in Israel, focusing on the legal domains in which the relationship between the citizen or the distinct groups are implemented, the resulting rights and how this relates to internationalizing the status of the Palestinian Arab minority in Israel. The third part provides actual examples of international advocacy patterns and discusses the key players in this field. Section four covers international law and Israel's position in this regard. The fifth and final section includes discussion, summary and practical recommendations.
